There is a parking garage on 3rd Street just south of Lomas Blvd.  The entrance is on 3rd Street and you can park in the parking structure for up to $4.50 per day.

You can file a Notice of Change of Address (which should include the Court location, the caption of your case, and your case number, and submit it to the Clerk's office in the Domestic Relations Division for filing and your record will be updated.  When filing any pleading with the Court, make sure you follow the Rules of Civil Procedure for filing and service.  Note: It is very important that you keep your address updated with the Court when you have a pending case so that you can receive notice of any hearings and/or Orders that are entered.


You cannot appear telephonically to a hearing unless you have been granted permission by the Court.  To request permission you must file the appropriate Motion to Appear Telephonically and submit an Order signed by all parties.  If you cannot get approval by the other party, then you must submit a Request for Hearing with your Motion.  The Court's Center for Self Help and Dispute Resolution can assist you with your Motion, Order and/or Request for Hearing.  When filing any pleading with the Court, make sure you follow the Rules of Civil Procedure for filing and service.

Please take your payment to the CSED office that is most convenient for you.  In Albuquerque the two locations are 1015 Tijeras NW Suite100 and 1010 18th St. NW.  You can also mail your payment to PO Box 25109, Albuquerque, NM  87125.
