Rulemaking

The Supreme Court follows an annual rulemaking cycle that is governed by Rule 23-106 NMRA, which can be viewed by clicking here.  By subscribing to the email notification list for notice of recently filed opinions, you will also receive notice of recent rulemaking activity.  You may subscribe to the list by emailing your name and email address to nmsupremecourtclerk@nmcourts.gov.
