Purpose:
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) in coordination with the 4 and 9, Judicial District Courts (JDC) is seeking requests for proposals for providers to lead their respective County CASA programs in Guadalupe, Mora, San Miguel counties (4 JDC) and Curry and Roosevelt counties (9 JDC). The mission of the CASA programs in New Mexico, and nationally, is to support and promote effective court-appointed volunteer advocacy so that every abused or neglected child in New Mexico can be safe, establish permanence, and have the opportunity to thrive. The goal of this CASA program is ultimately to provide a high-quality court-appointed volunteer advocate for every child welfare case.

Purpose:
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) in coordination with the 2 Judicial District Courts (JDC) is seeking requests for proposals for providers to lead their respective County SESV program in Bernalillo county (2 JDC), pursuant to State law Section 40-12-5.1 (NMSA 1978). According to the statute, “a judicial district may create a ‘safe exchange and supervised visitation program’ by local court rule approved by the Supreme Court. In a Safe Exchange and Supervised Visitation program, the district court may employ or contract with a person (1) with whom a child may be left by one parent for a short period while waiting to be picked up by the other parent; or (2) to supervise visits among one or both parents and the child.”

The focus of the Substance Use Treatment Services contract is to provide substance use treatment and drug testing services to the participants of the Gallup Magistrate DWI Treatment Court Program. Substance use treatment services shall include but are not limited to: evidence based screening and assessments that are frequent and include mental health; evidence based treatment that include trauma services, individual therapy, group counseling; individual treatment plans; cognitive behavior therapies; gender-specific treatment; addresses culturally specific needs; relapse prevention; continuing care; case management services; court liaison services; drug and alcohol testing; and aftercare services.

Purpose: The New Mexico Courts operate a number of self-help centers designed to help self-represented litigants in civil legal matters where they are unable to get legal advice. These centers provide legal information about the legal process and provide resources to guide a help the self-represented litigants through whatever legal issues they may be facing. The AOC has worked on producing a limited number of short videos to explain legal concepts to individuals in an effort to educate self-represented litigants and to demystify the process. This RFP seeks a provider to build on these existing resources to help expand the materials available to assist self-represented litigants.
